Items purchased & paid for after 14:00 on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning.

All customers are welcome to collect items direct.

Postage is UK only

All international items that will incur custom charges will be at your own cost.

You must report any damaged or missing goods within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds, Returns or Warranty Claims

In the event of any warranty claim please contact us first to discuss the problem. If for any reason within 14 days you no longer require your item(s) you can return it at your cost for a refund which will exclude the original inclusive courier charge we have had to pay for sending the item to you. The item(s) must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging.
